A large and comfortable family house, decorated to a high standard, with a private enclosed garden and off-street parking with wheelchair access. It is located on the West side of Whitby close to the New Bridge and offers easy access to the town centre with all its amenities. Perfect for large parties and family re-unions.
Accommodation: Entrance into a spacious utility room, there is a lounge with a flat screen TV, large modern kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and dining table and chairs. Next to the dining area there is a spacious conservatory with a large dining table. From the conservatory there is access to the garden with a patio. Also on the ground floor there is large hallway with a sofa and a large sitting room with flat screen TV and gas fireplace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a dressing table and some hanging space, a second double bedroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin. There is also a twin bedroom with some hanging space and a single bedroom with a dressing table and some hanging space. Also on the first floor there is a large master bedroom with king-size bed, dressing table, bed settee, large wardrobe. It has en-suite easy access shower, toilet and washbasin. Great views from all the bedrooms.
